There is a communal swimming pool and children?s play area. There is a beautiful walk to the beach through the beach forest and over the dunes. This walk through untouched beauty takes about 15 minutes. Keurbooms beach is great for long walks and marine life. Swimming in the sea here must be with caution due to strong currents. In front of the unit is a large common grass area. The patio with outdoor table and braai is great for relaxing evenings. Inside is an open plan lounge and kitchen with dining room next door. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs and a loft with three beds upstairs. The upstairs Loft has a sitting area and two single beds. Downstairs you will find the main bedroom with queen size bed and en suite bathroom. This room faces the front garden. The second bedroom has twin beds and faces the carport and back garden. The third bedroom with double bed faces the front garden.Open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The dining seats 8 guests. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering with electric stove and oven. This property has full DSTV and DVD player. This leads out onto patio with barbeque. There is a separate laundry with washing machine / tumble dryer and store room. All linen provided, please bring your own beach towels. Beach umbrella provided.
