Notes on Rates, Park Fees & Levies • Rates are quoted Per Person Per Night and are VAT inclusive. No single supplement, max. 1 per booking. • Rates include: Private Guide/Vehicle, Accommodation, Meals, Beverages, Laundry, Butler, Internal Park Transfers, Safari Activities, Fishing* * Fishing Permit charge of $40/per person per day (1st Day is Free) • A charge of US$100 per bed night is added to all invoices for Park Fees & Conservation Levy. This contribution is paid directly to the National Parks Authority, Elephant Charge and Conservation Lower Zambezi (CLZ) for sustainable protection of Zambia and the local environment in particular. This is not discountable. A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Provisional bookings will only be held for 14 days. Group bookings will only be confirmed with a 50% deposit. NO refunds if cancelled within 6 months of arrival date. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to guest arrival date. Cancellations between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival incur a charge of 35% of the invoice value. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival incur a charge of 100% of the invoice value. Deposits received will be offset against these due payments. We strongly recommend that all guests arrange fully comprehensive travel insurance.
