The 5th bedroom is a flatlet above the garage with 1 queen size bed, 2 x single beds with en suite bathroom, balcony, TV and kitchenette.The lounge is equipped with TV, DSTV and router to prepaid wireless access. 2 x Double couches and 2 x single chairs, fireplace and this room leads out to the covered patio. The dining room has seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. With gas stove with electric oven, microwave, fridge, separate freezer, beer fridge and ice machine in the garage.This house has a laundry facility equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The patio has seating for 8 with braai area. There is parking for 4 cars. The pool is safe with pool net for the kids. This house is wheel chair friendly. With underfloor heating which will be charge separately. There is a jetty for this house on the river so please bring your boat along.All linen, bath and beach towels provided. There is a hammock and beach chairs for guests to use. Table tennis table in the garage.Maid included in the rate for Monday to Friday. Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. Working hours from 08h30 to 15h30. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. Duties is washing and cleaning only. Linen change once a week. No pets allowed and no smoking in the house.
