The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds, both sharing a full bathroom with shower. We provide linen and bath towels, but please bring your own beach towels There is secure covered parking for the unit, as well as a designated parking area for trailers. The unit is non-smoking and smokers are welcome to smoke outside on the patio.We offer a luxury two bedroom self catering villa, which sleeps four guests. The villa is located on the first floor with garden views, and a patio with braai facilities. The kitchen, dining room and lounge area are open plan and there is a double sleeper couch in the lounge. The kitchen has a stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and all cutlery and crockery is provided.The unit is in walking distance to the Hotel and Spa, the 18 hole championship golf course, as well as the 9 hole par three course, swimming pools, the superette, a library, tennis courts, squash courts, and the bowling green. There is also a lagoon where you can hire canoes and/or peddle boats.The beach has blue flag status, with an on duty lifeguard and there are jungle gyms for the children. There is a variety of buck that roam freely and a large amount of bird life on the estate, as well as our very own pair of ?resident? Crowned Eagles. Children, parents, Joggers, cyclist and walkers would enjoy the safe and scenic, subtropical environment of San Lameer.
