This house is central situated within walk in distance to shops, restaurants and central beach. Sleeps 6 guests. There is a tennis court and swimming pool for guests convenience. This house has a open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The dining tables seats 4 and the lounge area is very comfortable with satellite TV, DVD player and fireplace. The living area leads onto a covered patio. The patio has a braai area with table that seats 6 as well as a sitting area. The patio overlooks a pond and the garden area. 2 Bedrooms that is downstairs one bedroom with a double bed that overlooks the garden. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the courtyard. Upstairs you will find a loft area with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All linen and bath towels provided please bring your own beach towels. Maid services is an optional extra and is available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. Staff will start at 08h30 to 15h30 and will only do washing and cleaning. Linen will be change once a week. No smoking allowed in the house and no pets.
