This stunning property can accommodate 10 guests. Upstairs is the main bedroom with queen size bed and full en suite bathroom opens up onto the patio and pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and third bedroom with queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The lounge has a gas fireplace and leads out onto the patio. On the patio is is a gas braai, sitting area, pool with pool net but dangerous steep drop off for small children on one side. The second sitting room is open plan to kitchen and breakfast table with seating for 8 guests. The dining room flows from the lounge area and seats 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen for self catering. Centre island with electric hod, double oven and large fridge/freezer. Downstairs is a separate flat let with separate entrance. The flat has a bedroom with double bed, sleeper bed in lining area, shower and WC, lounge, kitchenette, microwave, TV - DSTV - no duel.This property is in a secure estate with 24 hour security. The house has parking for 2 cars. Wi-Fi provided, DSTV no duel and no safe.Maid service extra optional. Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. Hours: 08h30 to 15h30. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. Duties: washing and cleaning only. Linen change once a week. No Pets allowed. No Smoking inside the house.
