Situated in a private housing complex in Ponta do Ouro. The property is set amongst lush coastal vegetation with soothing sea views. This double-story house has six air-conditioned, en-suite bedrooms and can sleep 12 people. The upstairs part of the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have queen beds, the 4th has 2 single beds that can be converted to a king. Open-plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen with 2 large stand up fridge/freezers, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and a spacious pantry. Downstairs has 2 en-suite bedrooms with queen beds. there is also a kitchenette downstairs. downstairs is the private swimming pool with an outside bar area for poolside entertaining. There is an outside shower to wash off after a beach day. All the bathrooms have showers and no baths. The house is above ground, be aware of the height and the stairs. There are about 200 stairs leading onto the beach. There is a main walkway from each house that leads down to the beach gate. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00 am. an R800 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs. No Pets are permitted at any of GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions will not be allowed. House rules in all Estates have a noise level cut off of 10:30 pm. Should you not adhere to these rules GoBundu will retain the full breakage deposit.
