Set in amongst the lush thick coastal vegetation with the soothing sea views and peaceful surroundings, it is an affordable, comfortable option for families. This house has Six air-conditioned bedrooms and can sleep 14 people. If you are a group of eight people or less, you can rent the top level of the house only at a reduced rate - please enquire with your agent for these rates. The Top part of the house has 3 Bedrooms with Queen beds and a 4th Bedroom with 2 x single beds  There are 2 full Bathrooms with Bath, Basin and Shower as well as 2 Toilets with basins. The Bottom part of the house has a Bedroom with a Queen bed and a single and en suite Bathroom with Toilet, Basin and Shower and another Bedroom with 3 single beds. There is another Bathroom with Toilet, Basin and Shower. *All linen is provided ? please bring bath and beach towels. The kitchen has a microwave, stove and oven, standard fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, all utensils, crockery and cutlery for 14 people and the unit is serviced daily. There is a TV lounge upstairs but NO DSTV - the lounge suite is suitable for 8 people and 4 people in the bottom of the house. This unit it great for families with children, located in the third row from the beach - there is a main walkway from each house that leads down to the beach gate.
