This is a private residence, situated in the Brackenridge Estate. The residence comprises a main house sleeping 6 people and a flatlet sleeping an additional 4 people. The property is ideal for two groups travelling together. The main house has 3 bedrooms and an open-plan living area. It is fully equipped for self-catering and all bedding is provided. The spacious living room has ample seating, an indoor fireplace and glass doors leading outside. The flatlet has 2 bedrooms and is also fully fitted for a self-catering stay. Both units have a covered patio with views of the garden. They cant be rented separately, they are rented as one unit. The house is a 3 minute drive from the Beacon Isle beach.The Main House has 3 bedrooms:  the main bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom, there is a balcony overlooking the green belt/valley, there is a slight sea view from this balcony. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms have 1 double bed, both bedrooms are en suite, the one bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom has a bath. There is an open plan lounge with a wood fireplace, kitchen with a scullery and living area downstairs.  Separate to the Main House is a Flatlet with 2 bedrooms.  The main bedroom has a queen size bed with an en suite bathroom that has a bath with an overhead shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. There is no housekeeper, but a housekeeper can be arranged at an extra cost.  The house has no pool and no garage.
