This is a beautiful, three storey modern  house with spectacular sea and mountain views from all of the walk-out bedroom patios and its spacious outdoor entertainment area.  The owner of this house is a talented artist and most of her work is displayed throughout with other modern adornments.The house has secure double garages and two covered parking bays.  The main entrance has a security door and intercom system to ensure safety and communication for extra guests.Located outside the main house on the ground floor is a spacious one bedroom, self-contained apartment with en-suite bathroom and shower.  This apartment has private entrance, a queen size bed, television, mini-fridge and a coffee/tea area.Upon entering the house on the first floor, you will find an en-suite bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom and shower with television.There is a hydraulic lift going to the 2nd and 3rd floors.  The second floor has a the very large main en-suite bedroom, with a king size bed, large bay windows overlooking the sea and the Tsitsikamma Mountains.  The dressing room leads into a large bathroom with a shower, a large jacuzzi bath, bidet and twin basins.  This main room has a large flat screen television with DVD player.  The bedroom opens onto the main entertainment patio.  The intercom/camera is operated from this bedroom.The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor, both have king size beds, en-suite bathrooms with showers, TV and DVD players and sliding door leading onto private patios, with spectacular views over the Tsitsikamma mountains, Piesang Valley and Keurbooms Lagoon.  This floor also has a large family room with TV and comfortable chairs and couches for lounging.The main lounge and dining room areas located on the second floor, lead onto the main entertainment patio.  This vast entertainment area includes a salt water pool, there is a child safety net available on request.  There are 2 dining room tables, two gas braai and a Weber braai.  There  are also four loungers on the patio.The indoor dining room has a table and chairs for twelve individuals and it leads into the modern open planned, fully equipped kitchen and separate scullery area with a tumble dryer, washing machine and separate wash up area.WHAT TO BRINGBeach TowelsIf there are children under the age of 10, waterproof sheeting will be required and supplied by the guestsThere is a housekeeper that works Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.  She does not cook and will not be held responsible for babysitting.  Babysitting and extra work may be negotiated separately with the assistance of another housekeeper.
