This villa is only available 22 December to 10 January, and there is a minimum stay of 14 nights.This house is newly renovated and offers the highest quality in a quiet setting with breathtaking ocean and mountain views.Situated high up in Camps Bay with the Twelve Apostles and Table Mountain Nature Reserve as its back garden, the villa has been designed to integrate the natural surroundings, with breathtaking views from each room, including the bathrooms and showers.  The house is a few minutes from the beaches and walks up Table Mountain, start from the back door.The house is set on three levels with spacious lounge, complete with a large plasma screen TV and sound system; the large windows and sliding shutters allow views to be maximized; this rooms leads out onto a covered patio with a braai.  A few steps up, lead to the modern kitchen and dining area (with 8 seater dining room table), also with large windows and the Twelve Apostle Mountains as a backdrop.On the same level, is the guest bedroom, with full en suite luxury bathroom, both rooms have superb mountain views.The third level leads to the second and third bedrooms as well as the master bedroom.  The second bedroom is twin bedded with en suite bath only and the third bedroom has a queen size bed with en suite shower facilities.  Both these bedrooms face the Twelve Apostle Mountains.Lastly, the main bedroom is a spacious bedroom leading out onto a terrace with sliding shutters.  The king size bed and luxury bathroom is en suite with a separate shower.  Enjoy the sweeping ocean views while relaxing in the bath!The garden is spacious, with a swimming pool built around the existing rock of the mountain.  There is remote access double garage parking as well as alarm and armed response.Please note:  This property has a cottage on the same grounds which may be rented out to different guests.  The cottage has a separate entrance and is a reasonable distance away from the main house.  Guests staying in the cottage do not make use of the garden and pool area.
