There is an open plan sitting room,  dining room, kitchen and TV lounge which all open onto the big covered verandah with with second dining table. There is an integrated braai on the verandah. This house is suitable for 2 couples with children over 8 years old. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with full en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with full en suite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with full en suite bathroom. The 4th bedroom has 2 single beds with full en suite bathroom. Downstairs you will find the living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The scullery has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room with an 8 seater table and chairs. The sitting room has seating for 8 with a fireplace. Upstairs is the TV lounge with flat screen TV, DVD, CD player, full DSTV and seating for 4. Outside area is seating for 7, with outside dining table that seats 8 and integrated braai on the verandah. Secure parking available. Wi-Fi internet provided. All linen provided including bath and beach towels. There is an umbrella and deck chairs. Maid service is optional extra. Available on request for weekends and public holidays at an additional cost. They will work from 08h30 to 15h30 and will do the washing and cleaning only. Linen change once a week. If there are more than 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Please provide staff with meals when they are on duty. No pets are allowed and No smoking in the house please.
