This is a 4 bedroom 10 sleeper house, main bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom, a private lounge with seats for 4 people and a fire place with sea views, second bedroom has a king size bed with en suite bathroom and leads onto courtyard. The third and forth bedrooms both has double beds, share a bath room and leads out onto courtyard. Open plan 8 seater dining room that leads onto the courtyard and into the well equipped kitchen. In the courtyard there is a weber braai and gas braai with sitting space for 4 people. The separate laundry is equipped with a washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. Maid services are optional and available on request at an additional cost, there hours being 08H00 ? 15H30. If there are more then 6 guests an additional staff member will be arranged at an additional cost. Duties will include washing, cleaning and linen will be changed once a week. There is a maids room has 2 single beds and separate bathroom.
