There are 2 housekeepers and a gardener at the house. Ensure you have enough Rands cash on your day of departure date. Their working hours are 7:00 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 12 on Saturdays. If you would like them to work Saturday afternoon you need to pay them R75 for the afternoon and if you would like them to work on Sundays and Public Holidays then you need to pay them R150 each for those days. Their working hours include a 1-hour lunch. The gardener cleans the pool, braai, outside area, there is no compulsory staff tip for him, however, a gratuity is always welcome. EARLY And LATE CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT Late check-out is on request only. This is due to incoming bookings on the day of your departure. Should the house be available, we will deduct the extra charge of R1500.00 from your refundable breakage deposit, check out by no later than 3 pm. No pets are permitted at any of the GoBundu houses. Loud music, parties, and functions are not allowed. All guests must comply with the rules of the estate in which they are staying. Absolutely no noise is allowed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again after a warning, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited.
