Ballito is a fantastic holiday destination and definitely worth your consideration for your next beach holiday.The Apartment is situated on the second floor and has awesome sea views from the outside verandah.3 Ilala is a beautifully furnished, privately owned self catering Apartment situated within Simbithi Eco Estate on the KwaZulu Natal North Coast.  3 Ilala has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.  The main bedroom is en suite and the other 2 bedrooms share 1 bathroom.  Both bathrooms have a shower and bath.  All 3 bedrooms have a double bed, comfortably sleeping 6 people.  All linen is included and bath towels.  You must bring beach towels with.The unit features a large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room.  The lounge leads out through sliding doors onto the very spacious deck which has comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas braai, from here you can enjoy tranquil views over the sea.  The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, crockery and cutlery required for self catering.  The lounge has DSTV holiday package.  The living area has an air conditioner, ceiling fan.This unit is serviced Monday to Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays it is not serviced.The complex has a communal swimming pool, tennis court and braai facilities.WiFi is available at an additional cost of R35 per day.No smoking is allowed in this unit.  Toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and black bags are provided on arrival.
